Be VERY CAREFUL with JetSouq. Product deliverd 27-Sep, I open 29-Sep and it never work, never switched on. I was never able to use this item. I reported to amazon same day. JetSouq only refunded 10%, claiming they make refunds only if: product is not damaged, returned in the same condition as when it was received, and For open box returns they may charge upto 100% re-stocking fees on the product.

Price too high for basic scale functionality. Traps you to buy it and will not allow return.

The Omron HBF-514C came recommended to me by way of a doctor who did a head to toe analysis of my health and the number one thing I needed to get a handle on was weight. This scale, unlike other scales, gives a full picture of what's going on with you. 1. First thing I noticed right off the bat is that the numbers reported on the scale were almost identical to the ones they calculated at the doctors office. 2. The instructions are clear and both my wife and I filled in our info as it keeps a 90 day memory of your previous numbers. I haven't had the need to go into the history but what's neat is that it give you a snapshot of, for example, your highest weight when it reports your number. It's motivating. 3. Process of taking measurements (step on scale, hold monitor at low angle, etc) took a couple of days to get down but it's second nature now. Our process is to go take our measurements first thing when we wake up before taking in any fluids. That way you get a consistent picture of your progress. I have lost 18 pounds in two months by doing one hour of exercise each morning coupled with my Apple Watch. The reason why the Omron is 100% better than a regular scale is that I have noticed they were days where I didn't exercise but lost weight, however, my Body Fat Percentage went up. So this is motivating me to keep going. And it really is baby steps. Your numbers don't drastically change day to day but will go down a couple of data points three days in a row, go up one day, down two days, and so on. Honestly this has been one of my best purchases in a while.

I am using it everyday. It is a good product.
