As a sleeping mat it isn’t thick but as covers it is fine.
I bought this for my nephew for preschool it was not as thick as it stated so I bought another kind of mat and he uses this on top of the other mat so it is comfy.

I actually purchased mine directly from the website. They personalize it for free but you do pay shipping. It only cost me $0.60 cents more than Amazon price to ship to NorCal. Overall, it's more narrow than I expected but the length is good for my 3 & 1 year olds. They use it with their school nap beds. Comes with a small pillow inside that is soft and not super thick. The pad is about 2 inches thick, would have liked it a little thicker but my kids are fine with it.
