Q: Is there any significant advantage of 7.25" over 6.50" (getting started in handy-man trade)?

I am just a home handyman but the benefit I see in the 7.25” compared to the 6 .5” is the depth of cut is a little better and probably more practical and versatile. Check the depth of cut of each saw. It is not half the diameter of the blade because of the frame of the saw body affects the practical cutting depth. That said a smaller diameter blade saw may be lighter and smaller and make itself very suitable ( and better) on specific jobs.

Q: Batterry and charged included?

Nope. Bare tool with manual, but it does include a rough-cut blade.

Q: is this a left-handed saw?

Yes but I am right handed and have been using one as a carpenter for years with no problems
