I can locate with ease exactly what information I need and within each chapter there are exercises to make sure you comprehend the given information. I have taken basic life support classes and this book is a great resource to have on hand when you want to remind yourself of the important requirements for CPR and ECC.

It's about time again to renew my CPR. This time I decided to go for BLS instead. If you had training before, this book serves as a great refresher. If you don't know anything about first aid training and are interested in learning some, get this book. It's so easy to read. I recommend looking up a few videos online to visualize the techniques as you read.

I studied the book inside and out, and I am a seasoned nurse. Everything you need and more to pass your BLS or BLS advisor
