This makes doing car tyres easy in the garage using an ring pump inflator; don't have to worry about using the lighter socket.Similarly used at my caravan for boats and bike inflations.

Does what it says no probs

We use this when off grid (no electric) in our motorhome. It means we can watch tv with standard plug. It converts 12volt to AC

During these 2 years of pandemic I am having to charge our cars' lead-acid batteries via the mains once 3-4 weeks. It would not be good to inflate the tyres using the car's cigarette lighter unless the battery is being charged otherwise it would only drain the batter further.Didn't even know such a AC to DC convertor existed but I am glad iit's available. Used it the first time today and found the convertor very useful The only problem I came across was the tyre inflator plug came out too easily and had to be held in for duration of a tyre inflation unless I could set it down on the ground without it popping out. (Will have to use some 50mm sticky tape in the future.)The other thing I would prefer is to pay extra £1 for option to have a specific pouch to hold the convertor and cables together.
