One of the best filament around...
CasiusTech is slowly becoming my favorite filament. The black is truly beautiful and it’s cool to print with. The quality of the filament is superior and I have yet to face a bad 3D print from this brand. Coming back for some more.

Good Filament BUT.....
Filament is good but kept receiving the wrong color. This put me in a major bind for some product I needed to produce. Wont be purchasing again.

Jams the print head 50% of the time
This is for the yellow I purchased. The color is good and the dimensional accuracy is also good, but either impurities or air bubbles in the filament jam the hot end about half the time. I put 4 spools (Hatchbox) through the same hot end/nozzle before this stuff and never had a single problem, but regardless of feed rate and temperature settings I can't get it to work consistently. Very disappointed since I've lost several multi-hour prints now.Edit: After slogging through failed prints for the first quarter of the roll, the rest ended up being mostly fine. It does still catch a bit more against the sides of the throat, especially when retracting (makes a squeaky sound like some glossier filaments), but generally I haven't had any more complete jamming issues.

1.75mm Black CasiusTech PLA filament
Have used 1/2 spool of the black and had excellent performance from it - consistent diameter, no moisture problems, and no 'catches' as it unwinds from the spool. Good product.

has slightly better layer adhesion producing fewer artifacts in the finished print
Recently I ran out of plastic printing small trays to store nuts, bolts, etc. Previously I had been using Inland 1.75mm Black PLA 3D Printer Filament - 1kg Spool (2.2 lbs) purchased from my local Micro Center. While the Inland PLA generally worked for most projects without hassle, the thin walls of the parts trays warped, felt flimsy, and one tray wall fractured with slight pressure while handling. After switching to the CasiusTech, the results are obvious. The CasiusTech plastic did not experience the warping, has slightly better layer adhesion producing fewer artifacts in the finished print, and the 0.2mm layers blend much better providing a smoother finish. While the cheaper PLAs may get by for quick and dirty projects, the CasiusTech is the best PLA I've worked with in its price range. It is definitely worth the few extra dollars over the alternative.I have so far only purchased the 1.75mm black as I wanted to confirm the quality of the plastic prior to ordering additional spools, but after my initial experience I will definitely be purchasing other colors and using CasiusTech as my default PLA moving forward.

Not too happy about that since black is more expensive
It prints well, but I had ordered the black filament and got transparent instead. Not too happy about that since black is more expensive.

Great PLA!
This PLA seems to print very, very well. Think I will be buying more PLA from this manufacturer in the future!

spool binds up
Price is right but the spool binds up all the time. I have lost 3 prints to that.
