Well, I'm hooked. I drink 2 to 3 mugs of nighttime every evening. I was drinking Tazo green tea in the evening but trying to cut down on caffeine and now I enjoy this tea even more than Tazo green tea. It is caffeine-free and has licorice root, which I enjoy. If you like a little licorice flavor, you should love this tea. It does not make me sleepy but nothing but exhaustion does. I like it with a little stevia. Good Sleep.
Works great for me, unless I'm suuuuupr anxious about something, then I still wake up during the night. But, besides that, this tea gives me great quality sleep without the "hangover" the next day. I'm not quite sure if it makes me sleepy, I'm pretty good until I actually want to go to sleep...then it's lights out.

Good bedtime tea, has skullcap and passionflower. Light peppermint taste. Would recommend.
