Love my patio screen room
Love my patio screen room, until it rained, all the seams leak. The rain runs right down side of the screen. Has some pin holes at top also. Other than that I love sitting under it, don't have to worry about bees or other bugs bothering me.

Excellent addition to our travel trailer.
We've owned ours eight years now. It's a great addition to our travel trailer. I've had to replace the roof twice though because of tears to the material when sliding it through the channel. I tried to use the original rv awning channel the first three years, but it didn't really have a large enough opening. Pulling on the roof wasn't good for it. When I bought the third roof, I put up the channel that came with the room. A much different story. Much easier to pull through. The only drawback is putting screws into the side of the trailer. Otherwise, an excellent addition and much less expensive than a "Florida room". I'm now going to use the room with a more "permanent" type roof on my new 5th wheel trailer.

The screen porch is great. The roof is cheaply made and rips
The screen porch is great. The roof is cheaply made and rips. Roof leaked the first day we purchased it. Did not buy from Amazon, I purchased a replacement roof from Comfort House. I would not recommend replacement roof. Made in China with CHEAP materials. Will leak and rip after 1 season.
