I always purchase Madagascar vanilla due to the quality of the vanilla. I make vanilla extract and always gives me a high quality product. The vanilla is nice full sticks and not broken.

I ordered these beans and another 26 pack from the same company. I loved both packs. Both arrived so quickly and were sealed up nice. They smelled heavenly when I opened them and came with beans of varying sizes. They are dryer but still have some natural oils and tons of seeds - perfect for making good vanilla! I will be ordering again if the vanilla is half as good as I think it will be.

I used these to make homemade vanilla extract. Phenomenal flavor, it truly surpasses any store bought vanilla extract I’ve tried. The beans were perfect, soft, fresh. Perfect moisture level for scraping out the seeds from the pods for extraction.

Compared to same vendor's Indonesian B beans these Madagascar's are much drier, less fragrant, and more expensive. My bundle of 50 weighed 5.8 oz and immediately split for extract. Next year's crop may be a different story.

These vanilla beans are moist and fragrant. I use them to make 2x strength vanilla extract using a sous vide, it comes out great.
