Beautiful high-end fixture
This product is strong and heavy with an excellent chrome coating. They are beautiful and feel excellent. Highly recommended.- as a side note, the seller shipped this product with excellent packaging.

Built well - great length
I recommend the longer length over the shorter 5" one. But I'm really tall and we installed the shower head at 7ft. This is well built and doesn't look like the black will chip off like some of the cheaper models.

This 'lil black spout is crazy expensive. But u need a black spout to go with your bath. Tell ya this, Kohler will never go broke if they sell enough of these $7 China spouts for 50 bucks each.

Updating a bathroom and needed a new Shower Arm. Quality and finish to my expectations from Kohler. Flange locks down with allen screw. Decided to buy a like new item from amazon warehouse to save a few bucks and the item was truly like new.
