We had the pleasure of going to their tasting room in Ojai Sooo many flavors but the Provençal and also the garlic were some of my favorites. Excellent quality and very nice people. We love to bake garlic with it and fresh herbs.

Locally grown and cold-pressed olive oil from the Mediterranean valley of Ojai, California, USA. The Provencale is very mild and absolutely delicious. If you have the opportunity to be in the Ojai area the Ojai Olive Oil ranch offers tours on weekends--call ahead! The tour includes an excellent talk about olive oil around the world and different forms of it. The tour also provides an opportunity to see all the machinery used to cold press the oils. And then there is the opportunity to test and taste the many oils, and vinegars and cosmetics available at the ranch. We pour this over our cottage cheese with fresh ground black pepper. It tastes unctuous, buttery, and a little grassy. Delicious in salad dressings and super moisturizing.
