Quite Simply - The best “single person” grill there is
I debated long and hard on whether to buy this grill or step up to the next size (the Anywhere or Everywhere) up due to size issues. For a single person who cooks for themselves, this grill is perfectly sized. First - the essentials about the grill. There isn’t much information out there about this grill other than a couple of brief YouTube videos showing some of the stuff it cooks (a frozen burger, 4 sausages are what is shown) so their isn’t much info about it. Here is what it can do at a time: 6-7 hotdogs 2 Hamburgers (decent size each) 1 Ribeye Steak (standard size you’ll find at any grocery store) 2 Filet Mignons 2 Chicken Breasts or 4 Legs 10 regular size wings (packed tight) This grill runs no problem on 1 lb tanks of propane but expect to actually change it every 1.5-2 meals you cook. The grill gets incredibly hot, hotter than any full size grill I’ve ever used (I use Weber Kettle Charcoal and Gas Grills, have used many other grills as well - none get this hot) and cooks anything you put on it with ease. You cannot indirect cook with it (nor should you with this type of grill) as the top should be kept open and their is no zoning to the single ceramic burner. It takes 7 minutes to cook a 1” Ribeye (no bone) to a succulent medium/medium rare, and it would only take 2-3 more minutes to make it well done. It takes 6-7 minutes to do marinated tri-tips to a medium, and 5-6 minutes for all beef hot dogs. All of this is roughly 1/2 the time it takes to actually cook on the bigger charcoal and gas grills. Additionally, the sear is unreal with this grill, and unless I let my larger Weber go to over 600 degrees (all 3 burners on high and the thermometer pegged) nothing comes close. It is small enough to go anywhere - does get a little dirty with grilling (you MUST have the scrapper to use with it) but for any single person cooking a meal for themselves or for 2 people, this is hard to beat. It truly is ready in 3 minutes to cook and 12 minutes later both steaks you cook are resting before serving. Get the grill if you are on the fence - you absolutely will not regret it. I’ll be putting up a YouTube video at some point as well, but for now the pictures added show a standard ribeye steak and 6 large tips being cooked at separate times. Total cook time was 14 minutes for both.

The cleaning… Oh the cleaning…
Was great at first, but the problem is that all the fat drips on everything, inside and outside, so after few BBQs you need to take everything apart and clean the stinking grease, and that is tedious and time consuming task. After I took everything apart and cleaned it with my wife’s help, I didn’t have the patience to put it all together so I threw it away.

I love this grill
I bought this for camping as well as for daily use outside my small one bedroom apartment. I needed something small and that cleans easily. I love this grill. First of all, the construction is solid. Similarly sized Weber and Coleman grills pale in comparison. Second, the grill is extremely easy to clean. There is little mess produced in the interior of the grill due to the fact that the infrared burner incinerates nearly all drippings which pass through the grate. This is a dramatic difference from the traditional (i.e. non-infrared) grills I've owned in the past. The only part of the grill that requires regular cleaning in the grate, and I've found the V-shaped grate very easy to clean - much easier than round rods. Third, the steaks and chicken breasts I cook on this come out amazingly well. With this small grill one can easily grill steakhouse quality steaks. While this grill was expensive, for me it was definitely worth the price.

Improves any cut of meat.
I adore this grill! It fits in the long side compartment of my 1996 Dodge Roadtrek. I live alone, full time vanlife and this thing is so cunningly designed and so perfectly sized that I just feel smug - not lonely. Cooks nicely all around. Heat is adjustable. No wasted space. I can cook 24 Oz worth of hamburgers on it, but it does amazing things with any quality cut. This is a piece of chuck - I slice it paper thin and it tastes divine. The best money I've ever spent.

perfect grill for retired couples. a wind screwen would help
This grill does what no other small grill xcan do, it sears your steaks and seals i the juices. instructions say:. When finished cooking food, return control knob to “HI” setting and allow grill to burn for FIVE MINUTES. this shouls clean the burner and the v shapped grill. 3 minute warmup is also a mustto keep the ceramic burner clean. he ceramic burner can be removed for cleaning. I have found infrared the way tgo cook outdoors, even in winter

SEARED steak for one, YES PLEASE!
I unboxed this little searer tonight and tried it out with a NY strip steak. It was super easy to setup, seared incredibly quick with that flame broil taste I was looking for, cooled quickly and cleaned up easily. This is perfect for a single person. I'm so happy!
