Mitus ABS Filament 1.75mm 1 kg for 3D Printing, Made in the USA, Blue

I have a few days to play with this blue ABS and output was very reliable. Filament didn't clog and color was consistent. This is my first ABS and can't compare with other brand. The first test print fail due to wrong temperature setting. Once dialed in at 235 and 90 degree bed, the result came out beautifully.A con: the filament was only wrap in vacuum sealed in zipped lock type of bag and no box to protect it. This is much heavy duty. Regardless mine plastic bag was punctured (see photo); thus wasn't vacuum sealed upon arrival. I worried that it'd cause printing problem and hasn't (yet).Will I buy this again? My answer is a maybe due to lack of packaging protection. I'm new to 3d printing so I don't have the experience some do to provide thoughtful in depth information, but this has been working great for me so far. This product is great the colors are vibrant, I had very few issues printing it is great to have. I prefer the ABS to PLA its just efficient. Prints ok but about 1/4 into the spool I got tons of media tangled and looped from lower layers and color is all over the place, don't think I'll be buying it again.

When i first recieved this item, it was well packaged and sealed airtight. For a fact, this is not some chinese stuff. I started printing it and the layer bonding is perfect! Theres not break is between so if for any reason when you go and buy it and theres some problems with yours, then its your printer and not the filament. The color is black, and it stays true black, and not washed out after printing. The one thing that i usually pay attention to when i buy filament, is the wrapping of the filament itself. Why? Becuase ive had many problems with my print skipping or start printing air or messing up because the filament is stuck. How you determine if any filament is good or not is the work they put into wrapping the filament. This is normall ABS, which is strong and has a high melting point. This is what you expect for filament.I got this at a cheaper price so i could be able to try it out and give my opinion on it. If it doesnt work or you dont like it, go ahead and contact the seller and im pretty sure they will work something out with you. Also, the blue color is really nice, looks exactly like the picture, when it comes out, it is alittle bit less dark.

So far so good. Printing on Di3 a glass/PEI bed, the filaments sticks well and so far no extruder issues. Packaging could be a bit better but in the end the product counts not the cardboard around it. Tolerances are right in line +/- 0.04mm. Not bad for a filament with discount pricing! Would buy from again!
