Sennheiser SC 260 USB MS II (506483) - Single-Sided Business Headset | For Skype for Business, Softphone, and PC | with HD Sound, Noise-Cancelling Microphone (Black)

I bought this headset to participate in Webex conference calls from my PC. It works great and as advertised. My corp laptop recognized it immediately. The sound quality is very good, as is the fit, finish and weight. I highly recommend this headset.

I purchased these for web conferencing during the COVID times of 2020. They are extremely light and comfortable. Excellent sound quality and blocks out background noise well. The USB plug feels a little flimsy though, and I am wondering if it will last for the long haul.

I'm very happy with this product - it leaves my hands free for writing, typing, etc.

Works great with Skype for Business. Very clear sound with minimal interference. Perfect when travelling and having to have TCs in an airport lounge. However, after first use I discovered that my Surface Pro speakers were disabled and I could not bring them back to life without IT's help (need Admin access to adjust Sound settings in Device Manager). Hence, one less star.

I bought this product to work from home for phone calls and video conferencing. I bought these 3 years ago.I found these headphones uncomfortable. I am a male with a large head. These headphone pinch my head and make my ears hurt. I tried adjusting but these is no adjustment that works. I can wear these about 30 minutes before they have to come off.Everything else is quite good about these. The sound quality is good. The mic is great. I like the control buttons are on the wire and have a magnetic backing, so it can stick to metal post on my desk. Mostly the whole the product's quality is good.I will continue to use these when I am recording audio with little background noise for videos.Due to these being uncomfortable the headphones are okay for phone calls (with breaks between most calls), and no good for longer video conferencing meetings. These served their function. This is good buy for some, but not for people with large heads.I bought a pair of over-the-ear headphones (Sennheiser Consumer Audio HD 450BT) just for video conferencing.

These have great sound quality and the noise cancelling feature works perfectly. However they are really uncomfortable, after a couple of hours my ears and head start to hurt, and I can't use my eyeglasses with them because it hurts even more.

The mute button did not work at all!
