Great approach to writing about OKR's!
I liked the approach to start the book with a fable with how OKR's were used and follow it with more detailed concepts with the 2nd half of the book.

Brilliant!
Got it as a reccomendation for improving understanding on OKRs. Cannot reccomend highly enough if looking to improve productivity on Outcomes delivered approach.

Best OKR book
I've read some real dry and dull OKR books. This one has a fictional story to help you understand how objectives and key results could work in a start up environment. Gives really good context to theories, and also provides real world lessons that the author has learned throughout their coaching and consulting career. Much better than the glossy success stories I've read in other books.

Great bridge between best practices and innovation
The book follows gradual introduction to the OKR area. It was recommended by one of our Agile Coaches.

Pretty good
Content makes it clear the difference between objectives and key results, which often get mixed up. Some good pointers on what to avoid when trying for the first time, and I ask liked the mention of Health Metrics, which is a part of the OKRs framework that my organisation seems to ignore. The amount of typos in the book is distracting though, and draws a bit from the author’s credibility - I would’ve thought that a second edition would’ve seen an editor have a once-over, or even use of basic spell checking software.
