Just spoke was very helpful for me and it’s a good book

I found this book on a YouTube video. The recipes don’t seem too difficult. I have not made anything from the book as of yet. Most of the recipes I more than likely won’t use but that doesn’t take away from the book itself.

this is a good starter book for those at want to get into spell work and Babs. What I love about the book is it gives you different ideas and different kinds of spiritual baths you can take. It also gives you ingredients that you will need for your spiritual bath rather it be to get rid of negativity, cleanse your aura, positive energy and so forth.

An area that is under used in work, this book addressed not only how to but many specific baths for different purposes. It tells how to use them in the home, on you and on others. I took many notes from the book and found it helpful. how I can help me and help others. I am glad I purchased and encourage others who want to learn more about the tradition and how to use washes in their life.
