There are times and dishes where one wants the best ingredients, best canned tomatoes included. But why not all of the time? After years of cooking, these are my go-to canned tomatoes. Am I going to use them in chili? No. But when the tomato flavor is crucial, these! The only thing that might beat these are home-grown, home-canned tomatoes. These are awesome.

These are some of the best organic San Marzano around, so expect to pay for the quality. Be advised you might get some minor denting during shipping.
