To tell the truth I only tried it once. It taste sweet and not bad at all. It did help because I started to use it right away. I actually bought it for my child in case of a sore throat. I like to be prepared on such an occasion. I used the same brand nose spray in the past and it was great. So hope i will be quite as happy with the throat spray as I am with the nose one.
