OK locks. Components are hard to turn if there is *any* pull on the lock, so it takes some serious wiggling to open it sometimes.

This is an awesome lock. It's small, it's locks stuff, it's really great. I advise buying one. This lock is used on my outside gate so it's always getting snow and rain. I have had NO PROBLEMS with this thing, unlike the other brand I had on it.

The lock looks quality on the outside As this is the second one I have had fail in less than 3 months the internal quality my be rubbish. This time I broke my garage door handle trying to remove the lock and also the padlock is out of the return window. So now I have to replace the garage door handle and buy a new lock. Not happy, does not quite say it. I will never buy another squire lock. I have left many reviews on Amazon and all have been 4-5 star, this is my first ever 1 star rating and that it only gets one because you can't pick zero rating which is what I rate this product as. Caveat Emptor

I bought this to replace an identical one belonging to a friend that I somehow broke (no idea how) and couldn't unlock it. It had to be hammered off, only took two whacks with hammer & it was off. This padlock is very flimsy, not cheap price. Much better to use brass padlock.

I gave it one star for delivery. Apart from that it locked shut on about the third time of use never to open again. I should have known better than to buy at that price.

Haven't opened product as yet, purchased and used Squire products before without any issues. Wrote this review because I was asked about dimensions.Hope product illustration is useful.
