Amazing, Good quality, Recommended purchase
Have had these for about a month now. I am at my desk for 10+ hours a day. And I totally enjoy these more then the cheap foam pads I first purchased. They took away all my elbow, and forearm pain. The Gel seems durable with no signs of wear, yet still soft to rest in for 12+ hour days. Totally recommend. Only complaint is if you plan on using with bare skin I recommend leaving the clear vinyl on the pads they come with, or they want to stick to you.

Soft, yet firm enough to provide support. Thumbs up!
My home workstation consists of a massive ThinkPad w701ds, which is a beast of a machine. Using it means my wrists or forearms are pressed against the rather tall edge of the front of the laptop. It's not just uncomfortable, but ends up causing longer term pain from the ligaments and muscles moving against the lip of the laptop edge. So, I went searching for a solution. After a few failed DIY and ordered attempts at solutions, I ran into these Jelbows. They ended up being the perfect solution to rest my elbows and upper forearms on to bring them high enough to clear the laptop lip.One of the things I like about them is that they are softish, yet firm enough to provide support. Mattress pad gel foam ended up being too soft and not supportive enough.Fast forward a few days, and I checked out their site to see what else they offered. I decided to send them a message with some suggestions for the Jelbows (for instance, a slightly larger one that would suit needs like mine a little better), and was pleasantly surprised by the personalized response and chat that ensued from my simple message. It's nice to see a company that's invested in making products that satisfy customer needs and actually wants to hear feedback.Anyway, if you're looking for something to provide comfortable support for your elbows or forearms, then, look no farther. You've found it.If you are looking for a soft pillow or cushion for your elbows, this isn't it. Look for something advertised as a soft pillow. For those with needs like mine, whether for elbows or arms, I think you'll love these. I know I do.

These are an elbow saver, just wish they were thicker!
I've been using these for a few years, and they go wherever I'm going to be using my computer. They are that comfortable. I have multiple sets, and I end up using two under each elbow. The thickness of one is nice, but two is right where it's at!Be aware when traveling that TSA can get a little squirrely with these. Apparently, the machines can't see through the silicone so they may pull your bag for additional screening if they are oriented in a way that will block what's underneath.

GAME CHANGERS
I’ve been a nail technician for almost 9 years. These changed my life ergonomically at work. My elbows would be excruciating pain. I tried elbow pads, towels, etc..but these are it. I’ve been buying the “big clear” pack the last 3 years. The stickyness is nice too cause you can hang a little over the edge of the table to protect your forearms when leaning against the table. It’s nice when they can start sliding a little too so you can move them easily for different angles. Another nail tech told me to add a little baby powder to the bottom and that will help get to that point faster. Full disclosure being a nail tech and getting the clear, they will get dirty eventually from the dust cleaners etc. But 100% worth it still and easy and cheap to replace if needed.

Good product
I currently use the elbow/wrist bean bags but they are wearing out so needed new ones. Decided to give these a try instead because the bean bags have gotten very expensive. I am pleasantly surprised. They are fairly hard but not as hard as my desk so they definitely help. The smell went away in the first day. One thing I will note - when I received them I immediately took off the plastic on the top and bottom of the gel pad. Big mistake. Glad I didn't throw them away. If you don't keep the plastic on them, they stick to your desk which means unless your elbows never move, you have to constantly reposition them. And they will stick to your elbows which means if you raise up your hand to answer your phone you have a blue sticky disc stuck to your arm. So I put the plastic protectors back on and they slide with my elbows and don't stick to my skin, but they still protect my elbows from the hard desk surface. Probably not the way they were originally intended for use, but it works. All in all a good way to keep the elbows from hurting if you work at a keyboard all day. I will still probably order beanbags because they were a better fit for me, but these do what they are intended to do... so five stars.

Meh. Not very soft.
I have been using these for a month now and my elbows can barely tell the difference between this HARD gel surface and my wooden desk. There is very little "give" in the material. So my elbows are still rather sore every day. I keep using it anyway because I figure that even if it is only a 7% improvement over hardwood, it's an improvement. Right?Pro: They stay in place

So worth it! And I cut one so I have 3 (see notes on cutting)
UPDATE 3.5 years later: THESE. ARE. AWESOME! I can't believe how they are holding up, even the one I cut in half due to space restrictions. They can be washed with clorox wipes, no deterioration. Can't recommend enough.UPDATE: 2 years later and these are still in terrific condition, even the one I divided into 2 (see original review below). They provide much relief. Another good thing about them is that they can be repositioned yet still stay in place where you put them—that is, whatever it is that makes them “stick” in place works even after dozens of moves, yet they are not sticky to clothes or surfaces (except when you deliberately cut them—see below).Original review: Had them 3 days. Immediately obvious these will bring relief and help tremendously with my carpel tunnel and entrapped elbow something or other.I had asked the community if they could be cut. The answer is yes, they can. I would suggest using a straight cutter like an exacto knife, but I didn't have one so I used scissors. They are not weaker or spreading out, but they are VERY VERY sticky on the cut edges. Like VERY sticky. Did I mention sticky? lol

Ample support, Lasts for ages
I purchased these in February 2018 and three years later they have come with me to multiple jobs, are a staple for my desk, and have held up without a problem. Most of my time when I am at my desk I have my elbow on the desk for one reason or another. These jelbows give ample elbow support so that I no longer get pains in my arm/shoulder from resting my elbows on my desk. Thank you Jelbows!
