Unusable - Wrong Size for me - My Mistake, but was well built
This was the wrong size for me... I had to re-order a 4" vent

Not what I expected
The plastic is very thin and when its windy outside the flaps open and get stuck in the open position.

It's hard to go wrong with vent. The design is so simple.

Didn't come with vent guard, pointless to me now.
Getting real sick of items not arriving as advertised and then Amazon expects me to do the work of boxing things back up and shipping it out to make it right. This arrived without the vent guard that's listed in the photos and item description. Incredibly flimsy.

make sure you measure!
I need to cover an existing vent, and thought this would work but it has the inner round part that does not fit on my current opening.
