This is a great set to know excatly how much you are eating at a time. i like that i can fill my containers and have them available whenever I want a snack, are i'm ready easy my meal.. i have been using these for about 2 weeks now and have lost 8lbs already!!! With this set you get 2 orange containers which are used for oils or seeds, 1 blue container which is used for nuts, 1 yellow container which is used for Carbs, 1 red container which is used for protiens, 1 purple container which is used for fruits, and 1 green container which is used for veggies. It depends on your caloric target as to how many of each color you get to eat each day, however this set comes with an easy to read pamphlet that will help understand exactly how it works. I recently purchased Smart Portions Containers Kit I have seen this product before by several friends and some family. I figured I would give it a try, this was a cheap way to try and push my diet a bit more. I can fill these containers which mind you don't leak and know I am eating a controlled portion. I am very visual when it comes to things and I know my visual of what I thought I could eat was way out of whack. I do use the shaker ball cup to mix my smoothies or greens in. I will update when I have been using this product for a month. I would highly recommend this product for anyone who is trying to diet.

Great product. I would definitely buy again if I needed to. Portion size containers work great for my current diet. I use them on a daily basis and they hold up well.
