I have been taking Nicotinamide Riboside for about a month, and I have noticed an increase in my energy and a reduction in brain fog. I starting taking this to help with brain fog that I have and don’t know why, but this is helpful for my thought process and my metabolism. I have heard that some people experience headaches after taking this or digestive issues. I have had neither of these issues, I take one capsule on an empty stomach in the morning and I’m good to go. I want to go with two caps a day so I will add one capsule midday for an extra boost. I am studying Biology and need all the help I can get with concentration and recall. I am looking at my skin for any benefits and will update on that. Overall will keep up with this for my supplement routine.
