I love this tray organizer, it was very simple to install, it slides in and out to make it easy to grab the item of choice and to put away. keeps everything below my sink clutter free, i'm very happy with this purchase.

Broken racks
I bought this after Christmas and it worked great for about a month, then every time I opened my cabinet I noticed it would get stuck. I took everything out only to find out that not one but 2 of the racks the clips that are welded on were sitting on the bottom of the cabinet. The return window was closed and now I am stuck with a broken rack that was not cheap.
