Unfortunately I needed the plug and couldn't wait for the return process. Once installing, I removed the rubber cap to find the ground plug bent. I tried to straighten it and it fell off. Likely manufacture error. So when you get it home, take a quick look.Otherwise, product fits a 2008 tundra perfectly. Clip in and go. It's my second one (first one got beat up by rocks). I now have drilled a hole to fit it just left of my license plate. Simple to do - drop spare tire, get hole saw and drill it. There's a spot that is part plastic and part metal but you'll end up securing 3 of the 4 bolts through metal. If doing this plan, you'll need longer bolts - but if you're on the road and driving gravel a lot like me, it'll save you from buying another one down the road.If you're on the highway and a little bit of dirt road, just use the bracket and secure beside the hitch.

Plugged right in and harness was plenty long enough. Seems well enough built but only time will tell. The mounting bracket is very flimsy compared to what was there. Little heavier steel would be an improvement. Overall, price is good and delivery pretty quick.

07 tundra, dealer price was nuts for an oem part.Do check your plugs before buying, this is a 5/2 wire setup some tundras have a 3/4 wire/plug setupIt was harder removing the old one then installing the new one.

If you know what this, then you should have no issue installing it and being happy with the results.
