Looks exactly like the official one sold by OnePlus. Down to the OnePlus logo on the front to the card slot and "Designed by OnePlus" embedded on the inside. The materials are nice, it feels like the flip case I got from OnePlus for the OPO. The corners holding the the phone are substantial and keep the phone held in snugly. The cover even has lite magnets to use the auto-wake feature.
