Stainless Steel Noodle Lattice Roller Docker Dough Cutter Pasta Spaghetti Make Tool

The perfect little pasta cutter. Makes a linguini type cut unless you stretch the noodle thinner. Roll the pasta thin, place the dough on a wooden cutting board to prevent cuts to the counter and roll away. I even made a youtube video showing how to make homemade pasta for 1 or 2 people using this tool. Although I have a fancy pasta machine, I searched out this product for my college girl who didn't want to make homemade noodles because of the irregular shapes she was making with a knife. Then I bought one for myself and now I don't even want to use (and clean) my fancy machine. You can't press too hard with it or it will bend but it seems sturdy enough overall.

For the first few months of ownership, I was happy with this product. It seemed to cut the dough well enough. The pins only small complaint I had was that when the product arrived one of the cutting wheels where bent.I bent back the cutting wheel with a needle nose pliers making it workable. I was happy for a few months until one day I wasn't paying attention to what I was doing, and bam the whole thing bent on me. It bent where the top part joins the handle. Now I can still use it but have to keep a finger on the roller to keep it from bending. So in short I think this is a good cuter, but it's way to fragile.

It is kind of "cool looking". But, it is flimsy and would not cut through simple thin dough. You can't press down harder because it will bend. Needs to be made stury, like a pizza cutter.

Wow...I'll just stick to the facts here. I've been making homemade pasta for 10 years and thought this would be nice for a quick linguine without having to take out, clean, and put away my pasta maker. I rolled out the dough and the first run through with this device "dented" the dough, but did not cut it. I applied a little more pressure on the second pass, going over the dents, and about 30% got cut, creating more of a lattice-looking thing than strands. I applied a little more pressure and the handle bent 90-degrees...Turned to my old pasta maker and realized how something that actually works is no trouble at all. Ate a nice bowl of spaghetti, then wrote this.The End.

We sent this back as it did not work properly. We ended up cutting the pasta by hand since this was unusable.

Cuts noodles a little smaller than I thought, but have used a few times. home made noodles a lot better than store bought. 5 eggs, 2 cups flour, and a little salt.

Exactly what I was looking for. Makes noodles about 1/4 inch apart. Good solid construction.

I have searched everywhere for a noodle cutter. When I received this I was so happy with it. The handle is very comfortable. It is so perfect I went back & ordered another one for a spare. Love It!!!

Poorly crafted and poor quality of materials used to make the tool. It bent during first use.
