Expensive but works well
My complaint with the seller is the lack of a video describing how best to use this product when warming up in the batter's box or using it as an exercise device at home. It could be a safety issue if used incorrectly (dislocate shoulder, torn rotator cuff, etc.)..

Does the trick, but one must be careful. The weight sometimes gets stuck on the bat, and is very hard to get off.
