I love the band. I use them on days I do cardio it comes in handy when I work out at the gym and at home. I had other resistance bands in the past and these are by far the best I had. I will recommend to anyone that has limited space looking to get a great workout.

This brand of bands comes highly recommended by my trainer. I have used this band previously and very extensively on a daily basis. This band has never failed, broken or stretched out. The only reason I bought this one was because my previous one was stolen from me.

Good quality. They unstuck from each other pretty quickly and stopped sticking once they get a little gym dust on them. Keep the rubber bands they ship with to wrap them up afterwards.They’re an odd length. I bought them for adding weight to rack pulls. Unfortunately I had to double loop them to get the right height. I tried doing kneeing lat pulls with them but they were a little bit too long. I haven’t tried bench press but can’t imagine that being correct either.I’m very tall and sometimes the length of things isn’t quite right for me.

So far hold up well. Only problem is very long but found a way to tie them shorten for their purpose.

Great, quality product. This product is a thick and durable rubber. I find it useful for hip thrusters and squats.

I have pulled this cable to its limit and i see no signs of wear and tear, works every time just like the day it arrived, very strong cable/band.. whatever you wanna call it. This thing just works, I trust it completely.

The pictures and the descriptions make it seem like it’s multiple bands but it’s only 1.

There is a set of 6 bands on the photo but in fact it's a single band. This fact is buried in the description. Quite misleading. I was very disappointed when I received a single band instead of a set. Will return.
