Great socks
My husband loves these socks for problems he has with foot pain. The socks relive the uncomfortable feeling he has in his feet and toes.

Perfect fit and very comfortable
I love these. They are great quality. Perfect fit. Really does work to add arch support. I plan to order more.

works as advertised, no ankle ad needed
I am an elderly woman using the socks to reduce my swollen ankles. The socks are labeled left and right fitting snugly over arches and around ankles. They work as advertised. For the price I paid, I was not thrilled to see the name of the sock company displayed on my ankles. Remember, elderly woman.

Correct Size, SUPER Tight!
These socks are so pretty (Pink & Black) and sporty looking. So A+ on aesthetics. They also seem well-made and I like the thickness of the material. My complaint lies in the level of compression. I absolutely ordered my correct size (small, as I am a size 6/6.5) and the overall fit is perfect. However, the compression is SO tight that I was literally out of breath after struggling to get both feet in the socks. (Now, I do have medical issues, so I am not saying a completely healthy person would wind up out of breath but it was a struggle, and not one I think I could see myself having half asleep in the middle of the night if needed.) Also, I suffer from neuropathy in my hands, as well as my feet, and the process of getting these socks on was not kind to my poor fingers and knuckles. I am returning the small and taking another reviewer's advise of trying a size up to see if that loosens them a bit. Very good quality, though!

One happy walking man
I’m a freelance copywriter/screenwriter. I have the most sedentary job on the planet. To counter that, I walk daily between 3-5 miles. Despite maintaining that exercise pace, ever since I quit smoking I gained back about 40 pounds of the nearly 100 lbs. that I lost 6-10 years ago to cure myself of diabetes through physician-directed activity and diet modification. Yes, biology is a bitch. But the flipside is for many early diabetics it is possible to cure yourself through lifestyle modification. That's part of what makes plantar fasciitis a devil. It snuck up on me, not when I was at my heaviest, but after I’d successfully started reshedding the regained pounds.A word about plantar fasciitis. WebMD says that “the plantar fascia is the flat band of tissue (ligament) that connects your heel bone to your toes.” I say imagine how a scorpion sting would feel there whether you’re walking, sitting or especially getting out of bed first thing in the morning. If you suffer from plantar fasciitis then you don’t need to imagine it. I was gobbling 600-1200 mg of Motrin every day and it was barely taking the edge off.But it’s the socks you want to know about. I ordered two pair. My foot is a 10.5 2-4E and I’d ordered the XL sock. The minute I got them I ripped open the package and put the left sock on. The sock offers medium compression. Enough that I feel supported, but not enough to limit circulation. So, the sock is a good fit for my wide foot. Putting it on immediately knocked at least 60-70% of the pain out. Since only my left foot is affected I had the bright idea to turn the right sock inside out. It works just as well. The ZaTech sock, though sturdy, is thin enough to wear as an “undersock.” The sock’s moisture wicking is excellent. It keeps your foot feeling clean and dry.Between the sock and an arch support, I’m back nearly to my old pace with very manageable to negligible pain. Sitting, my foot used to be painful. Walking up and down stairs was agonizing and made me feel 90 years old. Not anymore. In the last week, after my 3 mi. circuit the pain diminished to the point where I’m no longer gobbling Motrin. A huge plus. I’m slowly working my way up to my old pace and distance. I’ve also started reincorporating the stretches I learned from another bout of plantar fasciitis 4 years ago. I will never be mistaken for an athlete, but I am disciplined and serious about my exercise. The Zatech compression sock has helped restore much of the joy of that workout. And to Jen, the co-founder of ZaTech. I’ve got to say, as a fellow small businessperson with decades in advertising and marketing, the personal note was a nice touch. I don’t know if it’s ZaTech’s policy to contact every buyer of their products, but her email inspired this long, detailed review. I’ve not received anything in consideration for this review. I bought it. I love it. I’m giving it my strongest endorsement.Signed, one happy walking man

might run long for women
I broke the 3rd and 4th metatarsal in my foot and I'm finally transitioning from air cast back to shoes. My foot still swells a bit so these are great for swelling/compression. I wear a size 8.5 women's shoe and my foot is a bit on the wide side with a high instep. I ordered the Large according to the size chart and they fit well except they are too long and the heel of the sock goes beyond the heel of my foot. I don't know if ordering a size down might be too tight for the amount of compression I want. Four stars instead of five, just because of the sizing issue, but otherwise happy with these.

Works well
I was sceptical that this would help, but it really does. The socks are tight to put on (they have to be to do their job), but once on they are comfortable and have helped to relieve the pain.

Fantastic!
Worth the rather-high price! Bought one to try. Worked so well, I bought two more in different colours. My plantar fasciitis went away when I started using this socks. So I thought I'll save money by using my other, cheaper socks again. Not a good idea. My injury started to flare up. I right away went back to these socks and my injury seems to be healing again. It's a wonder socks! I'm buying three more in different colours! (Edit: I've since bought my three more pairs, so I have these socks in six colours now: pink, red, orange, yellow, blue, black). Yippee!A word of warning though. I bought an XL for all 6 pairs I currently own. They're tight on my female, not-broad feet that's a US8.5 (female) or US8 (male). I'm not overweight. So anyone whose feet is bigger than mine will really struggle to put these on.
