I purchased these organic fenugreek seeds mainly for making tea and hair growth. The seeds arrived fresh, well packaged, and with no dust or broken pieces. When soaked overnight, they sprout quickly, which shows they're high quality. The flavor is slightly bitter but very aromatic perfect for authentic cooking. I also try them as hair rinse, and they left my hair soft and shiny. Great value for the price I'd definitely recommend it

I got these fenugreek seeds to use in a rosemary and fenugreek water for stopping hair shedding and promoting hair regrowth and they're amazing! They have saved my hair, (along with the fresh organic rosemary I buy in the grocery store)! My hair was shedding everywhere, all the time, and especially in the shower. I lost cotton ball to golf ball sized clumps in the shower previously but that stopped after one time of using the fenugreek rosemary spray. I had one single hair come out in the shower the next day and have only lost three at MOST since then. (I used to shed at least 15-20 a day and 30-50 in the shower.) Now my outside-of-the-shower daily shedding when is down to only 1 or 2. I've only been using it for about 2 weeks and I have many baby hairs growing in that stick up from the rest of my hair and I LOVE IT! I took before pics and will share after longer use. I'm thrilled with this product. Fenugreek is incredible for hair health and so many people tout their efficacy so I decided to try this organic brand and I'm so glad I did! They're so versatile. They smell and taste delicious. The bag is sturdy and resealable, with a zipp lock type closure. And it's a great price! The rosemary fenugreek water recipe is below if anyone is interested but make sure you only use THIS brand of fenugreek seeds because I can attest to their high quality, wonderful aroma and efficacy in preventing hair loss and promoting hair regrowth! *The rosemary & fenugreek water recipe is easy: 2 Tablespoons of fresh rosemary, 1 Tablespoon of fenugreek seeds and 2 cups of water. Combine all in a bowl with a lid, stir, cover and soak overnight. Then the next day you just pour it all in a pot, bring to a boil, then lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Let it cool, then, using a small strainer to separate the liquid from seeds, pour through a funnel into an empty, clean spray bottle. Use once or twice daily. Spray goes in refrigerator and stays fresh for 10-14 days.* I love these fenugreek seeds and can't wait to try them in many other recipes as well!

High quality seeds. I steep these in my tea every morning and adds a maple syrup-like flavor that is so delicious!

I ordered the product to make an oil infusion. I purchased a product from two different companies with similar characteristics. This product has smaller seeds, which are much better for infusions because of the greater surface area contact with the oil. In addition, the color of these seeds appears much healthier and the correct color they should be. Which is a soft yellowish color. While the other company claims its product is superior and more expensive, this product is better for creating oil infusions due to the characteristics I just mentioned.

I haven't tried fenugreek seeds before. After soaking 1 teaspoon of them in water overnight, I drink the water and then chew the seeds. They are a bit bitter. I don't know if that is normal or not. But I have noticed a hard piece that I need to spit out when I do chew them in the morning. Is it that they are not screened to remove tiny rocks or other debris?
