Great product
I have been taking curcumin/turmeric for a number of years so when I read about True Curcumin, a highly absorbable BCM-95 Tumeric, I decided to give it a try. I’ve only been taking it for a short time, but it seems to be working.

My doctor basically told me I wouldnt run anymore, running is my favorite exercise but with my knee issues i was done. However, after much research I found this product and tho I had been taking tumeric before i did not see results like im seeing in the past week. Literally 1 week after starting this product the -95 im already walking a mile for the last 3 days. I couldnt even go 1 step without pain. Im not even thinking about it. I was told this is how sherpas keep inflammation away in their bodies. Im sold. Done. And telling all my friends and family, my mom needs knee surgery and my husband had surgery my son is out of racing because of a knee injury and my step son just had knee surgery from wrestling. This could change our lives. Id say try it. What do you have to lose. I am using 2 per day, suggests taking at different times and thats working with no known side effects that I can tell so for both of us its only a 1 week supply but i have it on auto-ship. Might be one of my best decisions Ive made this yr. Thank you.

Check with me in March. Can't say I have realized any change yet. I'll grade it in March. I'm 90 and my wife is 83. We are taking several vits, minerals and maqui berry so I don't know if will be able to isolate the results, we'll see.

One caplet is better than 10
This product has been working great since the first day I used it. It has kept me completely pain free. I decided to try it because I had been taking 10 caplets daily of MSM for the pain of arthritis. One tablet beats 10 in my book if the results are the same with no side effects, and Curcumin worked just fine!
