WHAT IS THE COLOR AND MATERIAL? METAL OR WOOD?

These cabinets are made of pressed wood board and covered in white laminate. They are very well made and easy to put together.

What are the interior dimensions of 16 inch stackable wall cabinet? see outer dimensions of 16" wide, 24"high, and 16" deep.

Are the holes for handles already pre-drilled? If yes, has anyone filled them with success? I want to reposition the handles if possible.

The handle holds were pre drilled half way thru from inside. They were not drilled from outside so in order to install handles you will need to drill it further. That being said, if you have not installed handles yet, no need to fill the holes.
