Function failure - key opens the safe without entering digital code
The safe was opening by the key only, no need to enter the Security digital code.Waiting a replacement or finding solution.There customer service called me to collect it without providing alternative safe which was disappointing, and waiting Amazon or the sealer to call me back since 2 weeks.
