Advanced Non-Stick Muffin Pan

Who knew I’d have so many feelings about muffin tins as an adult? I’m loving this one! Has been great for my weekly egg quiches. I use a little cooking spray to be safe but nothing is sticking & the handles are a dream.I’ve been careful about not using anything that could scratch it, not soaking in water, and no abrasive cleaning pads and so far the coating has stayed perfectly intact. I am a little worried about the small ridge around each cup potentially getting rust or grim, but keeping an eye on it for now.

These Analon bakeware products are some of the best bakeware products ever. They say that they don't stick and they don't stick; clean up is a breeze. The fact that you don't have to add any additional oil or spray keeps the calories down. I highly recommend all of their products.

I like most every thing about this muffin pan. I was a great choice. Bakes perfectly with absolutely no butter or oil. Browns nicely and clean-up is so easy. Nothing sticks. I use it 2-3 times a week. It is much heavier than my other pans. Very sturdy. Makes baking more fun.

Enh. I have no idea why people are so impressed. I made muffins in this and the batch did not just fall out. It over-browned my muffins. It required significant cleaning. The lid is cheap and it is not as easy to remove as it could easily be. Buyer’s remorse, for sure. Wish I hadn’t lost what we had before. I don’t even know the brand to look for to replace it with the same one.

This anolon nonstick pan is amazing!!! I just got this delivered yesterday and was so excited to test it out, I baked right away (after washing and drying it first). To test it, I greased half the tins and left the other tins ungreased. I baked banana muffins and they ALL came out beautifully, even the ones that weren't greased. So this pan definitely lives up to its name of being nonstick. It's heavy duty and conducts heat well. My muffins were ready a few minutes faster than when baking in my old muffin pans. I'm about to toss out all my old baking pans and replacing them all with Anolon ones.

I’m now a lover of all things circular and analog bronze! I seriously don’t even use muffin papers... and I don’t grease the pan.. and everything just pops out! I don’t even have things left in the pan to scrape out- sometimes cleaning is just wiping it out! And I make all types of muffins, egg bakes, quiches... all with the same results. Completely worth the little extra cost over other cheaper pans!

So far this muffin pan is meeting me expectations. The pan is solid and not too lightweight, the individual jumbo cups are nice, and it has been easy to clean. However, it will be interesting to see how the product holds up after much more use. Then maybe I’ll review it again.

I'm buying a second cupcake holder as I bake so much. This matches all my pans. I love the bronze look. I just keep adding more things from the full set to more available add-ons. I just love the whole set!

Second use yesterday and am very happy. Non-stick is very good and the heat distribution is excellent - each butter tart came out equally cooked. Lovely crust too as the heavier weight did a super job at heat transfer. No bending or warping either. Highly recommend this product.

I have loved this line of cookware ever since I bought my first saucepan in the U.S. The Teflon coating lasts and lasts; the quality is excellent.

Very high quality muffin pan. Not like the crappy Betty Crocker ones you purchase at Wal-Mart or Target. There's quite a bit of weight to it as well!!!

Top-rated by America's Test Kitchen, and I agree. Awesome performance and the cover is a big bonus.
