They help tremendously. My feet are not so sore and tired at the end of the day and they allow me to walk much more than I could without them. When I take them off at nightI put them in my shoes so I won't forget to put them on the next day. I don't want to be without them. A tip: I wear them over my socks instead of directly on my feet. That way they don't absorb any odor - although they are washable and very durable.

It was probably my fault but I thought that the package had two supports, however there was only one. Would not have ordered knowing this

found these to be good and supportive has i have bad ankles with fallen arches this gave good support good product

Works for me - helped when I had big issue now use it as a preventative measure when I feel an ache coming on to avoid it getting worse.

I am a doctor myself and had been suffering with arch pains for a very long time due to laxity of ligaments and falling arches. Walking used to be painful.
