Nice arch support
I bought these to use for some extra arch support during my kickboxing classes. They seem to work nicely, I still have some pain during classes but it is noticeably better. It took a little trial and error to determine the correct placement of these but in the end figured it out.

these were just about worthless to me. They are flat thin pads, very thin, and it is a stretch to call them an arch pad because that indicates some kind of thickness to support the arch.

They’re not as good as the first ones!
I’ve these for years the last couple times I bought them they’re just really not sticky like they used to. It’s really annoying how you have to keep putting back in place all day long!
