This came with no instructions, and was impossible to use, even after looking up way on youtube. Possibly because no one has this particular knock off machine; but the worst part was I couldn't even put it in the box correctly, so it always stuck out. Okay that not the worst part. I couldn't use it was the worst part. I got it as a gift and I donated it because wth. Idk what this could have been because I let it go. I am still in the market for a mandoline, but maybe I should just use my food processor instead.

Cuts very well.Can make a pile of slices quickly.Shreds really great.Can go through a head of cabbage in nothing flat. Using the safety presser is a necessity to save fingers, but the downside is that there is a chunk left that hasn't been sliced or shredded. Has holder for extra blade sizes. Wish they were marked but it isn't really a big deal. Just have some of the safety gloves in kitchen to deal with slicing that last chunk of each potato or whatever you are slicing or shredding that the safety pusher can't work with. All slicers have some of this to deal with.......
