Unreliable and the rates are ridiculous. Sms messaging has not worked the entire trip. Emails to support have been met with very little effort to try and resolve the problem. Parties in the USA can't dial out to this sim because calls are being blocked by their provider due to the large amount of fraudulent activity coming out of Estonia where the sim card numbers originate from. So we can only receive calls and at a rate of .69 cents per minutes! Waste of money and a hassle.

My wife and I used this on our last Cruise. It was great. We were able to talk and text each other for free. We didn't have to pay any roaming charges. We used to bring walkie talkies, which worked well enough however many times we didn't hear each other. Being able to text was a life saver. If you travel internationally, be it cruise or otherwise, you must use this sim card!

Very good ! Used in my last trip to South America and Europe and works everywhere. I added additional number from Florida and recieved calls from $ 0.19 per minute... bargain. Whatzzap, Skype and waze woks as well. Saved a lot of money. Superb constumer service.
