The media could not be loaded. I bought 2 flower coloring but the ones in this book just 'spoke' to me. I like that the name of the flower is opposite the flower. That helps to look up the coloring schemes. The black side of the pages should help with transfer when I do other mediums. So far, i have not had issues with the paper. It's not thick paper but it's also not overly think, imo. It's a nice sized book. It doesn't have an excess of background to have to color if one wishes to color the background. Also, it doesn't have teeny tiny detail like another one that I ordered/received.I'm enjoying the coloring in it so far. I would buy it again once I finish this book, or even as a gift!Be sure to put a couple sheets of paper behind the page you're coloring to prevent the black from transfering to the page behind it.

Lovely drawings. Took them to the coloring group at the local library, very popular.Buy the one with spirals though. Worth the extra price.

The book was bent on one corner so I had it sitting under some books for a few days so it is fairly flat now. I did expect more pages to color but the backs of the pages are black. I colored with pencils and was able to use shading. Appears to color well. Looks just as the photos. The seller needs to probably stamp "Do Not Bend" on the outside of the package and put cardboard on both sides of the book to avoid being beat up during transport.

This is a really pretty adult coloring book filled with beautiful flowers to color. I love that the pictures aren’t back to back so you can tear a page out and color it and you don’t have to worry about markers bleeding through onto another picture.

Gorgeous flowers it makes me want to color! Got this to try and get off my phone more, so far so good. :)

I don’t like that the pictures are shaded. Also the paper is really thin. Not my favorite coloring book.

This book is gorgeous! Exactly what I was looking for. The pictures are quite realistic and I like that the backs of the pages are black. I prefer to use alcohol based markers to colour, so they still bleed through to the next page (easily resolved with a couple sheets of scrap paper under the page I am colouring) but then you don’t see the marks on the pack of the completed picture once you are done.Very happy with this and will be looking to see if they have other books.

I have both the Flower & Fruit books in this series and each of them is beautiful. The illustrations are extremely well done and do not have too many heavy black lines and patterning that is too small to colour properly as some others do. These illustrations are true to nature and allow you to shade and contour as you prefer. I really love trying to make them as realistic as possible.Each page has a black backing and I would advise placing a sheet of blotting paper or similar behind that as I found that after completing my first picture, I had a black shadowed outline of it on the next illustration - this could be removed with the use of a pencil eraser but I now use blotting paper to prevent this.These are beautiful books and I will be looking for others in the series soon.

Meine Nichte mit 13 Jahren hat gerade ihre kreative Phase entdeckt und sich dieses Malbuch gewünscht.Das Buch ist hochwertig verarbeitet mit weißem Papier, glattem Papier. Die Vorlagen sind alle toll gestaltet und meine Nichte nutzt es in Verbindung mit Holzstiften die auf dem glatten Papier gut funktionieren. Ob das auch mit Aquarellfarben so gut funktioniert kann ich nicht sagen. Haben wir nicht getestet. Die Motive sind alle wunderschön und das ein oder andere Motiv kann sicher später einen Platz an der Wand finden. Viele Blumen sind übrigens auch mit dem Namen versehen... allerdings nur auf Englisch. Merkt man schon am Produkttitel. Auch wenn das Buch eher für Erwachsene gedacht ist, kann es sicher für jedes Alter verwendet werden.
