Bad experience
Worst experience that I have ever had! After more than weeks wait, I got this as shown. The wrapping paper seems to have been gnawed by bugs. Will never choose this seller again...

Neat little gadget for office geeks.
I have read some reviews regarding this and similar products that were negative, but I have to say I have not had any problems.I bought this as a little desktop gadget for my office. I knew it was on the small side, and that's what I wanted. I wouldn't say it was "gumball" sized as I read elsewhere. True, the globe is only about 3" in diameter, but that's just fine for a desk with little real estate on it.Another review said that their's got hot. I have not experienced that. I have had it running all day and it is generating no heat (I have it plugged in via the included USB cable).It works nicely, just like the big ones... touch it, and the bolts follow your finger. If you have a brightly lit office, the effect is reduced as you don't see the bolts as well. I tend to leave my lights off and use the natural light from my window, so it shows up fairly well.

VERY FUN. Good Gift for Tweens!
Nine year old LOVED this. Both the seven year old and four year wanted one too. Gender neutral. Easy to turn off and on and good switch location. Use with caution, the power part can easily come loose, or if dropped, the glass globe will likely break.Replacement bulbs can be found at most department, hardware stores and Amazon. Check the watts before buying.Note, THIS lamp is the mini/small version. The globe is apx size of an apple, bit larger than a pool ball. It's a good size to start with the larger ones, you will see more of the colors and movement.

Simply did not work
This light was broken straight out of the box. We tried it in multiple outlets but it simply does not light up. Shame we didn't test it when we first got it, but not assuming we got a faulty product we wrapped it up for Christmas right away. Now it's too late to return. Big disappointment.
