Wow!
I am very impressed with this hatchet. Sharp, strong, just enough heft. Craftsmanship is over the top. Looking at axes now, and I am gong to look at thier axe products first. Just awesome.

Nice axe.
Sturdy design, lightweight with a nice protective sheath, albeit a little snug. It was slightly dull upon arrival and will need a little extra sharpening. Would be nice if it came with a sharpening stone. Overall good value and quality.

Seems good and sturdy
Seems to have good weight to balance, haven't used it yet. It looks sharp, hope it holds a good edge? I think with the stone they should send me for this review I should have no problems.

As described very nice
Just received my ax, I noticed straight away how heavy duty this thing really is! I love how it came with a nylon cover for the ax head and a rubber cover for the blade edge. It’s so well balanced in my hand. The rubber handle makes it easy to hold. With their offer of a free sharpening stone this ax will have years of use ahead.

UPDATE - decent hatchet.
Updated review:The sheath is missing a rivet, you can see it in my original pictures, then I highlighted on my last picture. Also the head of the hatchet is twisted and not aligned with the handle. Perhaps the handle was put in twisted before the glue dried. These plus the fact the edged was rough and dented, and the glue sticking out, I don’t think it deserves 5-stars.Original Review:I like the weight and look of the hatchet. It came with glue joint a little messy, but easy to clean. It’s fairly sharp, but the cutting edge has dents and it doesn’t go all the way to the top/bottom corners of the head. For the price is good and I think it will work for my intended use.

Cheap and effective
Although this product was cheap it’s perfect for my application. Bought this to throw in an emergency roadside kit and am happy with my decision.
