I was sceptical of this but combined with creatine it has a real effect on how long it takes me to tire whilst resistance training. I’m able to complete more reps at a more intense frequency than with creatine alone.A couple of times I’ve forgotten to take this with my shake and I’ve noticed a big difference in how long it takes my muscles to tire after I’ve taken it and resumed my workout. I’m convinced it’s having an effect on how hard I can train.

Very good for the abs and takes in the long toll of over medication from Drs spying on your karma.

When using all other brands I get a tingle but nothing with these, can only presume they aren't beta alanine
