Dash Salt-Free Seasoning Blend, Original, 21 Ounce

I was having problems with high blood pressure and was looking for a salt-alternative. Mrs. Dash is a great substitute! It adds a nice flavor to anything you're cooking. Now, to be clear, it does not taste like salt. But it helps you to spice things up so that the absence of salt is not as noticeable. Even though my blood pressure is now under control, I still use Mrs. Dash because I really like the way it jazzes up my cooking. It's a great product and will be a permanent addition to my spice cabinet.

I use Mrs. Dash all the the me with my eggs or marination of meats. So this size makes sense to me and the price is reasonable if I compare to the usual 2.5 oz of the seasoning. Good purchase.

This has become my #1 favorite seasoning. It's saltless with an amazing flavor! I get this delivered every 2 months. You're not gonna find a better price for the size. I use this in everything, including season rice! Does have a very little pepper, if you don't like too much spicy, this is great!

The Dash series of salt substitutes is excellent for those who need no salt and low potassium. The seasonings are relatively weak in flavor, though, so shake, test taste, and repeat as needed. The problem is that we think of the "right taste" as one that has too much salt.

Why have 10 different jars when one without will do the trick in almost every normal kitchen situation. Great on fish, steak, chicken and pork. Cooking in cast iron skillet with this seasoning blend and my other favorite “butter”. Or you can bake fish and chicken in the oven with it.
