Offray Single Face Satin Craft 1-1/2-Inch by 50-Yard Ribbon Spool, Pewter

The ribbon came a s expected. It's exactly what I hoped to get. The cardboard item in which the ribbon is wrapped around was pretty beat up from a poor shipping decision. I'm a bit sad about that.

We have a small floral business. This ribbon was just what we needed in a hurry.

This is Offray ribbon, which is always beautiful. This ribbon is no exception. The color is rich and vibrant. I love the way they attach it to the spool. Some spools come with tape attached directly to the ribbon which means you lose some of the length because you can't use the part that's all sticky from the tape. This spool does not come that way. However, this spool professes to be 5/8 inch in width. It is not. It is 1/2 inch in width and there is quite a difference in width between those two sizes. I did not want 1/2 inch ribbon; I specifically needed 5/8 inch for my project which is wedding invitations. I'm still considering whether I want to send this back; perhaps I might use it for something else. But sending anything back is a pain in the neck. My review is to let it be known that the ribbon is beautiful but not the size that is printed on the product. And I bought TWO of them! So I had to go to a craft store to get what I needed.

I liked the color and exactly as shown in the picture. I will buy again.

Offray always does a great job with its ribbon and this spool is no exception. I use this particular color quite a bit, so the larger volume is perfect and is much more reasonably priced than buying a lot of small spools of the same product at the local craft store. Be aware that this is a single-faced ribbon, so you only get a smooth shiny surface on one side. The other side is a bit more textured and has a matte finish. I keep ordering these over and over again and the color has always been spot-on, which is much appreciated.

I needed A LOT of ribbon for wedding favors. Trying to get it locally at stores priced to be rediculously expensive. I couldn’t believe the fantastic price on this and expected a low quality ribbon. I was overjoyed with this and the wedding favors looked beautiful.

Excellent product. Ordered two types of ribbon from this vendor and both were exactly what I expected and shipped to me within a 8 days from the date I placed my order. Will definitely use again. I looked at ribbon with the same color name (moss) at a craft shop before ordering to make sure it was the right color, then hoped what I got would be the same color. Was not disappointed; color was exact match to one in the craft store.

I used it making yoyo trees, what a pretty topping to the ornament!!
