This is a wonderful product that lasts a long time because a little goes a long way. The umami that this truffle salt packs is off the charts, I add a pinch to many savory dishes and the fragrance and flavor boost is incredible. My favorite use is on soft scrambled eggs on buttered toast, it's to-die for! Tastes like you're eating a very expensive dish when you've only just added a pinch of this truffle salt, it's fantastic!

WOW! As a first time user I was somewhat taken aback by the smell. It is STRONG! But strong in a good way. You clearly aren’t getting some of that salt lightly dusted and barely edible. I found I enjoy it in scrambled eggs and some pasta dishes. I began by using a small amount & working my way up to the right flavor I desired. I ended up playing around with it quite a bit to figure out what worked for my palate. I suggest to find some recipes online (there are plenty) to help you utilize this amazing salt. I have stored it by making sure the lid is wiped clean so the seal is tight. You smell the truffles strongly through the glass container so after making sure it is a tight seal I put it in a ziplock bag - in fact two ziplock bags - to keep the flavor and smell strong and fresh. You also don’t want to have the scent mix with your other items in the freezer like your ice for instance. Take it out when you want to use it and pack it back up again. It’s in a nice glass bottle and is packed securely and came quickly. It is a good priced truffle salt with good reviews. I highly suggest this brand.

Truffle salt is delicious

Salty and truffle-y…. Wish the salt was a better quality, it reminds me so me of Morton salt with specs of truffle.

I love truffle salt. A great help to improve many dishes from egg to pasta and on. Once I ran out of my truffle salt I looked for the same brand but could not find it. So I tried a couple of other that I promptly returned. Now this one is perfect! Great taste and it does smell like truffle. This rand also make truffle carpaccio so I was hopeful that it would be the one. Yes, it is a winner. A little pricy but it goes a long way and the quality is there. Read the ingredients list. beware of those saying "Truffle Concentrate". To those that in reviews complained about the "smell"...this is what truffle is supposed to smell like. Yes, it is pungent...that is truffle!

I have tried multiple different truffle salts, and I can say with certainty that this is the best one. You can smell the truffles through the bottle. Other truffle salts simple don't pack the same amount of aroma and flavor.

I read about this company in the book Truffle Hound so I ordered the salt to try it out. It's amazing!! I use it on my popcorn, just spray with olive oil and tap some of this on there and it's instantly delicious and gourmet. Excellent value for the money because it's REAL truffle which is rare to find in a product like this. I love it. My family does not love it because they don't like truffle, but oh well, more for me. Highly recommend.

This salt is fantastic. The truffle taste is so strong you don’t need much each time to really elevate the dish making it great value for money. We’ve tried a few truffle products previously but now we’ve found this there’s no going back.

This is in my opinion the best truffle salt on Amazon! I have tried many others and they all pale in comparison, and are more expensive too. This truffle salt is high quality and you can easily taste and smell the high truffle content. The shaker makes it really easy to use too. Would highly recommend

I had never heard of Truffle Salt until I tried some in an upmarket Italian restaurant , now I'm a ardent Salt Truffle user . Just a small amount on food gives it a fantastic taste .

I didn't have a plan for this when I bought it but I know my brother loves Truffle and was coming for Christmas. However, I have found it is incredible on so many things. Rub it on the skin of a jacket potato with ground pepper and olive oil and it is delicious. I put it on my chips, pasta, potatoes, steak, it's absolutely divine and such a good price. I keep my jar in a ziplock bag and then place the bag in a jar with the lid to keep the lovely smell contained. You will smell it as soon as you open the envelope.
