Very disappointed
The product arrived taped in various boxes and taped over where the box has clearly been cut. The product has clearly been used and returned.Not what I was expecting. Returning this item.

Can’t get it to work.
Have one for myself and love it, but I purchased this one for my daughter in Feb., but wasn’t able to plug it in until now. Now it won’t stay on. Turns on, cycles through and then turns off.

You need to be 3 feet over the unit for the Remote to work
It seems to do the job. The HEPA Filter is Medical grade and the Air Quality Monitor is a nice feature. You can use the remote or the touch screen to manage the filter nice touch.
