Q: Does this have ability to connect to hot water as well? How do you function the mixing valve I don’t see any handle on the item ? Thanks

The valve is only for one water supply. Either warm or cold. Behind the wall I installed a thermostatic valve that stirs the necessary temperature. Pleasantly warm water then comes to this shower.

Q: Do you have a matching towel ring and paper towel holder?

The shower is visually beautiful and fully functional. It's an honest heavy metal. The valve located on the wall closes securely. A small disadvantage is the high resistance of the shower lever. It is not possible to control the amount of water with the button. Only open / closed. But I would buy it again.

Q: Only one of the photos shows an angle valve. Does the water come through the wall or in the side? Is the round part on top a knob to control pressure?

You have to attach it with the toilet tank and and water will come from the tank to the sprayer
