Rare yet useful product especially for iPhone users.The caps will loosen up easily so get prepared for that.The iPhone app works well except for some minor issues while transferring large files on iPhone.

DOES THE JOB !
I thought the flash drive would be confusing to use, but it is not. Just follow the directions and you can download whatever you want from your phone or laptop. I downloaded my phone contacts and pics from my iPhone and then downloaded pics from my MacBook Air M1. It doesn't remove the contacts or pics , it copies them onto the flash drive. This really was easy.
