I love these things. Can't say enough good about them. I don't know why I never looked for something like this before. The room I sit in is hardwood with area rugs. They're not quite lined up under where I sit, so I keep snagging the chair on the rugs as I move it around. These casters completely fixed that *and* stopped scratching up the hardwood floors whenever I roll off the rug! Still going to have to sand/touch up the floors when I move out, but at least they're not getting any worse. I wish I'd gotten something like this when I first moved in. Now I'm tempted to get them for work and my other chair too. They definitely make everything much smoother.

Seriously a lifesaver for my amazon basics chair, gave the tiny boost i needed and it was a good price, haven’t broken on me yet and I put it through some tough work with a lot of rolling and pushing, from the office mat to the carpet no break or squeak.

Came on time. Fit perfectly on my steelcase chair base. Smooooooth faaast, and quiet.More fun than updating a modern laptop computer.Full disclosure: Nobody gave these to me, and this review is honest. I just wanted something that wouldn't chew up my flooring, and these got the nod.

These wheels are great. With new flooring in the house I didn't want some old chair wheels causing possible damage. Once these were on, it was too tempting not to roll back and forth across the floor with them. Excellent alternative to buying an office floor mat.

Sweet skate wheels to replace the crappy plastic ones on my new chair. Way better and cheaper than getting a floor mat to protect my wood floors. Roll just right.Would get bonus stars if they lit up.

These are great, well made, quiet and not a hint of a scratch on wood flooring - actually, laminate flooring.
